When to postpone an argument
My two grown children are home this weekend with their significant others. My husband is acting like a jerk. My extended family is getting together on Monday and he doesn't want to drive there. I could start a fight now and ruin the weekend OR postpone it all until tomorrow night. So, tomorrow night, he better be ready..........more to come......

Follow-up.....
Since I didn't want to be a jerk and start a fight while my grown children, with their significant others, were home for the weekend, I just bit my tongue. The day of the gathering at my cousins....my husband forgot all about his macho stand, or acted as though he did, and so did I. We went together, with my Mom.....and he was fine. Maybe I learned something new? Postpone an argument and perhaps it will never come to be? Hmmmmmmmmm
